Santoku Chef

The "Santoku" knife style is a traditional Japanese vein of knife design for cooking. These have been perfected over the years by masters of the art of both knife making and cutlery. Our Santoku series Chefs knive is a tribute to this kitchen cutlery style.

The Santoku Chef model is 11.75" overall with a full 7 inches of blade to work with. It has fully ground divots and comes in a excellent satin finish. The handle is 4.75" and features a belly swell design to help it lock in your hand for control and safety. The blade is AUS8, has been heat treated to 59 RC hardness.

The handle material is stabilized Maple burl with a mosaic pin centered, complimented with nickel/silver pins front and rear.
