Santoku Carver

The Santoku Carver model is 9" overall with a full 5 inches of blade to work with. It has fully ground divots and comes in a excellent satin finish. The handle is 4" and features a belly swell design to help it lock in your fingers for control and safety. The blade is AUS8, and has been heat and cryogenically treated for enhanced edge retention. Handle material is stabilized Black Ash burl.
