Since you used my name on this one I will require one more although I don't really need it.
I have been using this blade style for the last 2 years field dressing white tail deer in Ohio. This knife replaced my Case XX that I carried for 15 years, and I do not regret the decision to change field knives. I have never put it to a stone, only a steel and it still does a wonderful job. Between myself and friends I have dressed out 18 deer with the same knife and can't believe the edge that it still holds. I have threatened to use another one of the same style that I ordered, but why change when it treats me like an old friend time and time again.
